Aerial Birthday Parties

Join us under our big top for your child’s high flying, aerial birthday party! Our aerial parties are two hours in length and include structured aerial instruction, games, swing time, and party room time!

Parties are specially catered to your child, in terms of themes, music, activities, and paper products. After 85 minutes of non-stop circus fun, kids will enjoy 35 minutes of eating and present time in the party room.

We can customize our packages to fit your child’s birthday dream!

Party Packages

Basic Package

Cost: $375 (1-13 guests)/ $425 (14-20 guests)

  • Two Hour Private Rental of the entire Studio!

  • Two (1-13 guests) or three (14-20 guests) birthday party coaches.

  • Includes structured aerial studio time. Aerial parties are run as a structured aerial class with games, activities, and swing time.

  • Party Room Time for Food, Cake, and present opening.

  • Full set-up and clean-up of birthday party

  • Servicing of all food and drinks to birthday guests

  • Basic Tableware Included ( Plates, napkins, silverware & tablecloths- your choice of Blue, Green or Multicolored “Happy Birthday” themed)

  • Apollo Center class coupons for all birthday participants

 

Deluxe Package

Cost: $425 (1-13 guests)/ $475 (14-20 guests)

  • Two Hour Private Rental of the entire Studio!

  • Two (1-13 guests) or three (14-20 guests) birthday party coaches.

  • Includes structured aerial studio time. Aerial parties are run as a structured aerial class with games, activities, and swing time.

  • Party Room Time for Food, Cake, and present opening.

  • Includes one of our Deluxe Themes below!

    • Themed games, activities & music centered around your chosen Deluxe theme

    • Deluxe Tableware (Plates, napkins, silverware, tablecloths & special birthday banner- your choice of one theme below!)

  • 2 slices of pizza per paid guest

  • 1 juice box per paid guest

  • Full set-up and clean-up of birthday party

  • Servicing of all food and drinks to birthday guests

  • Apollo Center goody bags with class coupons for all birthday participants

Party Slots are available on the following Days/Times

Saturdays:

4:00-6:00pm

6:30-8:30pm

Sundays:

10:00am-12:00pm

POLICIES

  • Guest Count — Children under the age of 18 months are not included in the guest count, nor are adults over 18. Children 18 months and younger are permitted to play in the gym with parental supervision. No adults are allowed on the equipment, unless prior authorization has been given an the proper waivers have been signed. 

  • When booking your party, sign up for the package reflecting the total number of guests you plan to invite.  We will need a final guest count no later than 12:00 Noon the Thursday before your party, in order to guarantee your party price.**

  • A $50 deposit and a credit card are required to book a party. Deposits are non-refundable. You can pay by cash at the end of the party, or the balance will be billed to the credit card on the first business day following the event.

  • Waiver: In order to participate, each child must have their guardian sign the waiver prior to the start of the party. The waiver form will be available at check in at the party.

  • We recommend booking your party at least 1 month in advance to guarantee your desired time and day

  • All party families may arrive 10 minutes before the start of their party

  • There is NO alcohol allowed during the party time for adults

Cancellation Policy

If party is cancelled less then a week before the party, the deposit is non-transferable to a different date since birthday party workers have already been scheduled. If cancelled more then a week before the party, then the deposit is transferable to a different date. The deposit is non-refundable no matter when the party is cancelled.
